Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Clerk to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our customers while effectively managing sales transactions. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for helping customers find the right products.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, restocking items as necessary. Address customer inquiries via phone and in-person with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing excellent phone etiquette. Manage time effectively to balance multiple tasks during busy periods. Pump Gas for not only watercrafts but land vehicles

Skills

Proficient in using POS systems (cash register)for transaction processing. Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with customers. Proven customer service skills with a focus on creating positive shopping experiences. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; additional languages are advantageous. Experience in cash handling Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
