permanent, full-time Patient Experience Specialist

to join our friendly, professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Patient Experience Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting both our patients and clinical team. Responsibilities include:

Patient Experience & Flow Management

: Creating a welcoming environment and ensuring patients move smoothly through their appointments from check-in to check-out.

Product & Service Knowledge

: Developing a strong understanding of our services and offerings to guide patients and answer questions accurately.

Appointment Scheduling

: Efficiently managing patient bookings, cancellations, and waitlists.

Billing & Payments

: Processing payments and working with third-party payers while maintaining accurate records.

Inventory Support

: Monitoring and organizing clinic supplies to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Phone & Front Desk Management

: Answering inquiries with professionalism and care; acting as the first point of contact for patients.

Schedule Coordination

: Supporting the clinic by maintaining organized schedules for physiotherapists and kinesiologists.

Patient Relations

: Following up with patients, resolving issues with empathy, and contributing to a high level of satisfaction and trust.

What We're Looking For:

Full-time availability:

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Strong communication skills

- both written and verbal

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Comfortable using computers and clinic management software (JaneApp experience is a plus!)

Calm under pressure

with the ability to manage competing priorities

Positive, solution-focused attitude

with experience in conflict resolution

Adaptable and eager to be part of a supportive, evolving clinic team

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour (based on experience)
