BodyWorx Vitality Inc. is your complete rehabilitation, fitness and wellness solution! We aim to improve the health, fitness, well-being, and lifestyle of each and every one of our valued clients. BodyWorx Vitality Inc. consists of a team of healthcare professionals including; Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Massage Therapists, Acupuncturist, Kinesiologists and customer service staff. The clinic has 8 treatment rooms/areas, an exercise room and a gym complete with cardiovascular equipment, weights and functional training equipment. We have staff trained in vestibular, pelvic health, concussion assessment and treatment, cupping and fascial stretch therapy.

Responsibilities

:

Greet all clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Respond to all inquiries in a courteous manner Book appointments Ensure optimum usage of clinical time by monitoring appointment availability for each therapist Keep client appointments on schedule by notifying the healthcare provider of client's arrival Contact existing clients prior to appointments and remind them of upcoming appointments and forms that need to be completed prior to the appointment Communicating with other staff for any tasks not able to be completed through constant and consistent contact Ensure completion of all paperwork, client forms, client correspondence, etc. in an accurate and timely fashion Monitor client forms ensuring they are kept up-to-date Maintain client accounts by obtaining records and updating personal and financial information Perform general administrative tasks, including retrieving mail, faxing, photocopying, scanning, filing, archiving, etc. Update healthcare provider schedules as needed Record and collect client charges Complete and manage the billing of clients including providing insurance receipts Communicate with Insurance companies in regards to client referrals and coverage Process insurance claims Submit claims to insurance companies Process company's response to claims Ensure data protection and confidentiality policy is adhered to at all times Take inventory of clinic supplies and assist in ordering office supplies from vendors on a monthly basis Maintain the high standards of our clinic presentation, including cleanliness Actively participate in other areas of the clinic operations, such as outreach, marketing and promotion initiatives Perform cross functional and/or other duties as needed Create exercise programs for clients based on therapist specifications Supervise clients while performing exercises and monitor progress Communicate patient performance to therapists and make changes to programs based on therapist specifications Maintain a high level of communication and team work with clinic team to ensure successful operations

Qualifications (Education/Experience/Skills)

:

BA/BSc in Kinesiology or equivalent, Diploma in Physical Therapy Assistant or Diploma in Health/Fitness/Wellness preferred Possess reception experience if possible Strong exercise knowledge Clinical experience working in a clinical rehabilitation or fitness environment preferred Mature, professional and accountable and ability to communicate effectively and positively Ability to be flexible, adjust responsibilities to changing priorities and take initiative Function well in a fast-paced environment Comfortable with multi-tasking Sales/retail experience is a huge asset Will provide amazing Patient Experience

Job Specifications

:

Able to work 6-8 hour shifts Monday to Friday from 8:30am-9:30pm, Saturdays 8:00am-2:00pm Only those candidates selected for an interview will be contacted.
