We are looking to add a
Patient Experience Coordinator (PEC).
As an integral part of our team, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our patients and will strive to deliver the highest quality patient experience for all those that seek out our services.
The Patient Experience Coordinator
will positively engage patients whether by phone, email or in person, and execute all administrative tasks while maintaining organization and cleanliness within the clinical setting.

Proficiency with basic bookkeeping, day-to-day accounting and point-of-sale experience an asset
Knowledge of HCAI and experience with MVA paperwork a significant asset
