As our Patient Experience Coordinator, you'll:

Greet families with genuine warmth and empathy. Turn phone calls into first impressions that matter. Keep our schedule running smoothly and efficiently. Help parents navigate insurance and payments with clarity. Make every visit feel like the best experience, every time.

What We're Looking For:

2+ years of customer service/front desk experience (dental/medical preferred). A natural communicator with warmth and confidence. Highly organized and detail-oriented (you love keeping things running smoothly). Comfort with scheduling systems, insurance, and payments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 44 per week
