This includes the development and maintenance of associated standards and procedures that meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers as well as the legal and administrative needs of CancerCare Manitoba (CCMB). This role serves as the patient digital navigator and support for all non-clinical MyCare patient portal and clinical applications matters. The incumbent will be a subject matter expert in clinical applications and will be a primary contact as it relates to various clinical applications.The incumbent will engage with clinical operations programs to coordinate and deliver ongoing staff education, training and support pertaining to the use and system improvements.
