The Confidence Code Clinic is expanding--and we're looking for a refined, sharp, and patient-obsessed Patient Coordinator & Sales Concierge to join our physician-run aesthetic dermatology team. Job Overview
This is not an ordinary reception role. You'll be the front-of-house ambassador, the treatment journey architect, and the sales concierge who helps patients feel understood, educated, and excited about their customized aesthetic plan.
We're seeking someone with prior experience or formal training in medical aesthetics/cosmetic dermatology, excellent clinical judgment, sophisticated sales instincts, and the kind of work ethic that makes a busy clinic run like a luxury hotel.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome, check in/out, and build rapport with patients in a warm, polished, and professional manner.
Guide patients through treatment options, promotions, and packages with educational, ethical, and confident communication.
Support physician-led consultations by preparing patient charts, intake forms, and pre-/post-care instructions.
Manage phones, emails, appointments, and follow-ups using excellent judgment and prioritization.
Assist with product sales, skin care recommendations, membership/package conversions, and event promotions.
Maintain an organized, efficient, and aesthetically pleasing front desk environment.
Support clinic operations including payments, inventory, retail displays, photography, and patient flow.
Contribute to content creation--stories, reels, testimonials, before/after organization--and represent the clinic brand with excellence.
What We're Looking For
Experience in aesthetic medicine, cosmetic dermatology, medical spa reception, or formal aesthetics training is required.
Sophisticated sales acumen with the ability to educate, not push.
Exceptional judgment, maturity, and discretion--especially in a physician-led setting.
Strong administrative and computer skills; familiarity with EMR or booking systems preferred.
Confident with social media (IG stories/reels, brand messaging, patient communication).
Excellent communication, presence, and professionalism.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to anticipate needs without being asked.
A warm, pleasant personality--patients genuinely enjoy interacting with you.
Schedule
Part-time role with availability for:
Weekday shifts
Occasional evenings
Occasional Saturdays for events or high-volume days
Expected hours: 21-31 per week, depending on clinic needs and pre-booked events.
Compensation
Pay: Commensurate with experience
Starting annual gross salary: Approximately $23,000 for part-time
