Patient Coordinator / PTA

who is passionate about creating

face of our clinic

and an integral member of our team.

What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for patients -- in-person, email, or phone -- providing excellent customer service Assist clinicians with patient care as needed, including exercise programs, modalities, and functional assessments under supervision Schedule, track, and follow up on patient appointments, billing, and documentation Maintain clinic cleanliness and organization to ensure a professional environment Educate patients on home exercises, self-management, and clinic policies Support clinic marketing initiatives, social media content, and patient engagement campaigns Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and enhance patient experience
Who You Are

Caring, enthusiastic, and organized -- able to build rapport quickly Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems (EMR, scheduling, email marketing, social media) Motivated to

grow professionally

and take on new challenges Passionate about helping people and improving their lives Bonus points if you have experience in physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or healthcare administration
