Injex Beauty Clinics is a leading aesthetic clinic with locations in Yorkville and Oakville, known for our natural results, modern approach, and boutique experience. We specialize in injectable treatments -- from wrinkle reduction and dermal fillers to fat dissolving -- and are expanding rapidly through a growing client base.

We're looking for a driven, personable, and organized Patient Coordinator / Lead Manager to join our team full-time. This is a client-facing position focused on turning leads into bookings and keeping our calendar full.

What You'll Do

Follow up with new leads quickly and professionally -- via phone, text, and email. Call back existing and past clients to fill open spots and encourage rebooking. Keep track of all lead activity and appointments in our booking system (Jane). Confirm appointments and help manage the daily clinic schedule. Communicate with injectors and the clinic owner to ensure smooth flow and client experience. Maintain a friendly, knowledgeable presence for anyone contacting Injex.
What We're Looking For

Excellent phone manner and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort with CRM or booking software (Jane experience a plus). Confident, self-motivated, and results-oriented. Previous experience in medical aesthetics, beauty, or customer service is an asset -- but not required if you're the right fit.
Compensation

$18-20/hour base pay $10-$15 bonus per booked consultation Opportunities for advancement as Injex grows
