Patient Care Representative (Part-Time: Monday to Friday, Day Shift, 15-20 Hours/Week)

Role Overview:
The Patient Care Representative provides frontline support to patients by handling inquiries, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records. This role ensures positive patient experience by delivering empathetic and professional service while supporting administrative tasks and team operations.
Your Contribution:
Exceptional Service
: Provide excellent service by demonstrating empathy, actively listening, and addressing patient questions and concerns with professionalism.
Patient Support
: Assist patients via phone and email, providing accurate information on products, services, registration, and account updates.
Order Processing & Tracking
: Manage patient orders, track shipments, and proactively update patients on their order status.
Data Entry & Compliance
: Accurately process patient information, maintain electronic records, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures.
Backup Support
: Provide coverage for inbound and outbound calls as needed to maintain service levels.
Administrative Support
: Perform general office tasks such as faxing, mailing, and filing to support daily operations.
Team Collaboration
: Work closely with the Patient Care Supervisor and internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in a patient support or customer service role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) is required.
Experience with regulatory compliance is an asset.
