Your Contribution

Exceptional Service: Provide excellent service by demonstrating empathy, actively listening, and addressing patient questions and concerns with professionalism. Patient Support: Assist patients via phone and email, providing accurate information on products, services, registration, and account updates. Order Processing & Tracking: Manage patient orders, track shipments, and proactively update patients on their order status. Data Entry & Compliance: Accurately process patient information, maintain electronic records, and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and standard operating procedures. Backup Support: Provide coverage for inbound and outbound calls as needed to maintain service levels. Administrative Support: Perform general office tasks such as faxing, mailing, and filing to support daily operations. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Patient Care Supervisor and internal teams to enhance workflow efficiency and service quality.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in a patient support or customer service role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams) is required. Experience with regulatory compliance is an asset.
