Responsibilities



Prepare a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to established recipes and quality standards Decorate cakes and pastries with creative designs, ensuring visual appeal Handle food preparation tasks efficiently, including mixing, baking, and assembling desserts Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station in compliance with food safety regulations Package baked goods for sale or delivery, ensuring proper presentation and preservation Assist with inventory management, including stocking ingredients and supplies Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Uphold high standards of food handling, safety, and sanitation at all times

Skills



Expertise in cake decorating and pastry presentation techniques Proven experience in food preparation within a restaurant or bakery setting Strong knowledge of baking principles and food safety protocols Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours Excellent customer service skills to engage with guests positively Familiarity with kitchen equipment, food handling procedures, and packaging methods Creative flair for designing visually appealing desserts Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
