Carlino, an Italian Michelin-recommended restaurant in the downtown core focusing on the rustic cuisine of Friuli, is looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie to join the team located in the new Hyatt on Alberni.

Qualifications and Key Attributes:

3+ years experience in a Pastry CDP/Cook position Strong work ethic and high standards for quality Team player who builds trust with colleagues and can be relied upon for their honesty and integrity Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Positive, can-do attitude Eager to learn and continually improve Superior organization skills, attention to detail and cleanliness Ability to adhere to company specifications
