Duties

Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of pastries, cakes, and desserts with precision and artistry Assist in cake decorating, ensuring each creation meets quality standards and presentation expectations Handle food preparation tasks including mixing, portioning, and assembling ingredients Ensure all baked goods are prepared in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards Package finished products carefully for display or delivery, maintaining freshness and presentation quality Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment sanitation and organization Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and uphold high standards of customer service

Qualifications

Proven experience in baking, pastry arts, or a related culinary field; restaurant experience is a plus Strong skills in cake decorating and food presentation techniques Knowledge of food handling procedures, food safety regulations, and kitchen safety practices Experience with food preparation, cooking, and packaging of baked goods Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with clients and team members Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Passion for baking, creativity, and a commitment to quality culinary craftsmanship
