Pastry Chef / Chocolatier
Please note that this is a seasonal position.
As a Pastry chef at Stubbe you are a hands-on chef with an eye for detail, a love of chocolate, a commitment to create quality products and a team player.
Job requirements:
- Proficient in tempering chocolate
- Skills in chocolate and cake decoration
- Experience in cooking caramels, ganaches and other fillings
- Baking cakes, cookies etc.
- Work with the team on production lists
- Be an active part of the making and production process
- Communicate with you colleagues and front of house
- Take responsibility for efficient work flow production
- Take responsibility for effective kitchen practices
- Be a Stubbe Ambassador for Stubbe's core values - Passion, Creativity, Taste & customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Pay: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Experience:
pastry: 2 years (preferred)
