Responsibilities:

Prepare a variety of pastries, tarts, cakes, cookies, and specialty baked goods from scratch. Follow and execute existing recipes while contributing new ideas for seasonal offerings. Ensure consistency in quality, taste, and presentation. Manage production schedules to ensure fresh daily stock and timely preparation. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the baking team to streamline workflow and support team success.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of professional pastry baking experience in a commercial kitchen or bakery. Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and kitchen equipment. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Team player with good communication skills. Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
