About the Role

Oxygen Yoga & Fitness is opening its newest studio in

Hintonburg

, and we are urgently hiring

motivated part-time Front Desk staff

to help launch this exciting location!

Our opening date will be December 01st, 2025.

Your training and position will start November 17th, 2025 for our soft opening.

As a

Front Desk Receptionist

, you'll be the welcoming face of our studio. You will assist members with check-ins, support cryotherapy clients during their sessions, manage daily operations, and ensure the studio remains organized, clean, and inviting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people and working in a positive, wellness-centered environment.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist members and guests at the front desk Help cryotherapy clients prepare for and safely complete their sessions Manage class check-ins, memberships, and payment inquiries Support daily studio operations and maintain cleanliness and organization Answer questions about classes, schedules, and promotions Assist with social media or community engagement activities as needed Recognize and welcome members by name to create a strong sense of community

What We're Looking For

Friendly, confident, and approachable with strong communication skills Experience in customer service or reception preferred

Sales experience required

(direct sales, retail, promotions, or customer service) Organized, dependable, and proactive with strong attention to detail Comfortable being on camera for occasional social media content Yoga/fitness experience is

helpful but not required

Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends Please include your

social media handles (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)

Part time shift schedule will be provided.

November 17th for training and soft opening. Studio officially opens December 01st, 2025

Compensation

:

Competitive pay at

$18.60 per hour

Additional bonuses are available for high performance (e.g. + signups/week).
