Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and a strong ability to communicate effectively with students of various ages. This role involves providing personalized instruction to help students understand and excel in their academic subjects. The Tutor will work closely with students to identify their learning needs and develop tailored lesson plans that foster academic growth and confidence.

Duties

Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions in Financial Accounting subjects at our location in Vaughan. Assess students' strengths and weaknesses to create individualized learning plans. Provide clear explanations of concepts and encourage critical thinking. Monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods as necessary. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and areas for improvement. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that promotes student participation. Utilize various teaching resources and materials to enhance the learning experience.

Requirements

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students. Good academic standing in the 2nd year University/College Financial/Management Accounting course is a must. Help student to understand, analyze accounting system cycles and classifying accounts.
