Saskatoon Public Schools invites applications from individuals interested in the Accounting Technician (Part-Time) position. The Accounting Technician performs specific accounting functions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, preparation or financial statements and banking.
Applicants must possess a Grade 12 or equivalent plus the completion of a one-year business program with a major in accounting. Applicants must have previous experience in an automated business environment with intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, databases, and financial software applications. Sound knowledge of accounting reports, accounting procedures and administrative procedures is required. Candidates will bring strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
