We're a Mississauga-based

RE/MAX real estate team

with a steady flow of inbound online inquiries. We're looking for a sharp, friendly coordinator to

respond quickly, qualify leads, and book appointments

.

What you'll do

Monitor incoming messages

across our online channels (social DMs, contact forms, email) and reply promptly using friendly, on-brand scripts.

Qualify inquiries

(first-time buyers, upsizers, investors): budget, timeline, preferred areas, financing status.

Book calls/appointments

; send calendar invites and reminders.

Log & organize leads

in our CRM or Google Sheets (notes, tags, next steps).

Follow up

via DM/text/email with templates, links, and check-ins.

Light content support

: turn FAQs into quick replies, story captions, and saved responses.
You are

Comfortable with social media and online messaging.

Fast & personable:

clear written English, warm tone, detail-oriented.

Organized & coachable:

you love checklists, can follow scripts, and learn quickly.

Resourceful:

ask smart questions, handle common objections, and guide conversations toward a scheduled call.

Tech-comfortable:

confident with Google Drive/Sheets; CRM experience is a plus.
Schedule & pay

Part-time:

~8-15 hrs/week (mix of daytime + some evenings/weekends for response speed).

Compensation:

$19-$22/hour CAD

(DOE)

+ performance bonuses

for qualified bookings/closed deals

+ potential additional commission-based incentives on closed transactions
