Part-Time Social Media Consultant for Real Estate Team
Location: Remote (90%) with occasional local travel required
Schedule: Approximately 10+ hours per month (hours are not guaranteed and will fluctuate)

Position Overview:
We're seeking a creative and reliable Social Media Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on content creation and design rather than strategic marketing. You'll work with pre-selected concepts, templates, and inspiration to produce compelling social media content while having opportunities to contribute your own creative insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Create engaging social media content using provided concepts and templates
Capture high-quality photos and videos using professional equipment (tripod/stabilizer)
Edit videos using CapCut and Instagram editing tools
Design graphics and visual content using Canva
Manage content posting across Instagram and Facebook via Meta Business Suite
Create and distribute monthly client newsletters through MailChimp
Edit website using WordPress & Envato Pro
Organize content and projects using Notion
Stay current on social media trends and analytics
Respond to content requests within 12-24 hours (including evenings/weekends when needed)
Required Qualifications /Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Canva
Experience with Instagram and Facebook/Meta Business Suite
Working knowledge of WordPress
Familiarity with Notion for project organization
MailChimp experience for email marketing
Video editing skills in CapCut and Instagram
Photography and videography capabilities
Personal Attributes:
Highly organized with excellent communication skills
Reliable and responsive (timely email/text communication essential)
Flexible schedule availability for quick turnaround requests
Self-motivated for remote work environment
Equipment Requirements:
Smartphone capable of high-quality photo/video capture
Personal laptop
Reliable transportation for occasional on-site content creation
Video stabilization equipment (tripod/gimbal)
Preferred Qualifications :
Graphic design education or professional experience
Portfolio of social media content creation
