Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Support
Respond to incoming residential and commercial leads
Follow up with prospective clients via phone, email, and social media
Qualify leads and explain APS Builders' construction services
Schedule consultations, site visits, and calls with the team
Administrative Support
Manage email inbox and client communications
Track leads, follow-ups, and project status using spreadsheets or CRM tools
Assist with preparing basic proposals, estimates, and follow-up emails
Maintain organized digital records and client files
Marketing & Lead Support (Bonus)
Assist with posting and responding to messages on social media
Support basic outreach and lead generation activities
Requirements
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Comfortable speaking with homeowners, business owners, and property managers
Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, document handling)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Sales, admin, or construction-related experience is an asset
