Part-Time Receptionist
who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with people.This role is for you if you can confidently say "yes" to all of the following:
? You're available
every Monday and Thursday evening from 5:30 PM - 8:30 PM
(no exceptions)? You have
reliable transportation
to and from work? You're comfortable with the
wage of $16.50/hour
? You can work full daytime hours during the following dates:
June 19-28
(up to 40 hours)August 9-17
(up to 40 hours)? You
show up for your shifts
and are dependable? You're
friendly
, speakclear English
, and enjoy helping people? You can
cover occasional Saturdays (8:30 AM - 4 PM)
if needed? You bring
customer service experience
(an asset, but not required)? You are open to
casual/occasional shifts after August 31st
? You're a
team player
who enjoys a busy, collaborative workplaceWhat You'll Be Doing:
Greeting clients and making them feel welcome Answering phones and scheduling appointments Supporting practitioners and keeping the front desk running smoothly Representing the positive, professional image of our clinic
