Job Summary:

As a Part-Time Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, both in-person and over the phone. Your professionalism, communication skills, and positive attitude will help create a warm and helpful environment for all visitors and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system Provide basic information about dealership services and direct inquiries to appropriate departments Maintain a clean and organized reception area Perform light administrative tasks as needed (e.g., filing, data entry, mail sorting)

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in using Google Sheets Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Friendly, professional, and customer-oriented attitude

Schedule:

Part-time hours (approximately 5-15 hours/week) Flexible schedule; availability on evenings and weekends may be required
