About the Professor, MLA and MLT Programs Role:
The Medical Laboratory Technologist program is seeking a passionate and experienced MLT to educate and inspire the next generation of professionals through engaging and meaningful teaching. This advanced diploma program provides students with a comprehensive blend of theoretical knowledge and hands-on training, covering both foundational and advanced concepts, techniques, and processes essential to the medical laboratory field.
The successful candidate will work as a collaborative team member to support course development and instruction through the creation and delivery of all course content including lectures, evaluations and other deliverables.

Education
A bachelor's degree or advanced diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences is required, a master's degree is preferred.
Experience/Skills
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience as a Medical Laboratory Technologist. Candidates must hold active licensure with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario (CMLTO).
