We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation and a strong understanding of kitchen operations. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our meals are prepared to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

Duties

Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner while maintaining quality and presentation. Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and storage practices. Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and meal preparation processes. Familiarity with food handling, safety, and sanitation standards. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with team members. A passion for cooking and creating delicious meals for guests. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
