Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Line Cook to join our team at Trail Hub. In this role, you will be responsible for meal preparation and ensuring high standards of food quality and safety in our vibrant kitchen. Your contributions will help create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.
Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed at all times.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of kitchen stations before and after service.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas, utensils, and equipment throughout the shift.
Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Support the Head Chef in menu development and daily specials.
Requirements
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
