About This Role
Are you a licensed (or soon-to-be) Ontario Realtor who lives for a great marketing ideas and loves turning chaos into calm? Are you a creative thinker, social media whiz, and checklist champion all rolled into one?
A top-producing agent is on the hunt for a Licensed Real Estate Assistant & Marketing Coordinator who brings good energy, solid skills, and a solutions-first attitude to every day. You'll work side-by-side with a top-producing (and fun!) agent who's big on collaboration, positivity, and results. This is a part-time, flexible role that gives you the chance to work in real estate while building your marketing skills and earning potential.
What You'll Be Doing (No Two Days Are the Same!)
Marketing Magic
1. Help dream up and create scroll-stopping content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook
2. Film, edit, write, and schedule posts using tools like Canva (and your imagination)
3. Keep the agent's content calendar organized and full of fresh, fun ideas
4. Assist with listing marketing like feature sheets, email blasts, social media posts, and more
5. Help plan client events everyone will want to talk about--and then make them happen
6. Be the agent's creative co-pilot for all things branding and storytelling
Real Estate Duties
1. Attend showings, open houses, walkthroughs, and inspections
2. Coordinate appointments with stagers, photographers, cleaners, and contractors
3. Step in confidently when the agent is double-booked
Organizational
1. Support the agent in client care (before, during, and after deals)
2. Prepare and send time-sensitive documents and emails to make sure deals stay on track
You'll Thrive in This Role If You Are...
1. A licensed Realtor in Ontario (RECO required--this is an Independent Contractor role)
2. A self-starter who doesn't need to be micromanaged
3. Someone who lights up a room (or a Zoom!) with your positive energy
4. Passionate about marketing and social media (especially if you've built your own)
5. Detail-driven and organized but flexible enough to roll with a busy schedule
6. Not afraid to take initiative, offer ideas, or get your hands dirty when needed
7. A multitasker who can switch from Instagram trends to DocuSign in a blink
8. Equipped with your own vehicle and valid driver's license (some travel involved)
Compensation
1. Base hourly rate or retainer, depending on experience
2. Performance-based bonuses--the more you help grow the business, the more you earn
