Chatter Creek is a cat skiing lodge located in the backcountry north of Golden, BC. We are known for our expansive terrain, spectacular powder skiing, and our unique lodge experience. We pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to both staff and guests.

Job description:

This is a seasonal position running between November 15, 2025, to April 15, 2026. This position provides support to Chatter Creek's operations and administrative teams through coordination of deliveries of supplies, and inventories, and through general administrative support to our Office in Golden, BC.

The weekly schedule will be between 15-18 hours of employment per week with some flexibility in hours. Scheduled hours will be daytime hours between Monday and Friday each week.

Responsibilities:

- Transport of supplies and packages from Golden out to our heliport location in Donald BC.

- Schedule and pick up our weekly liquor orders.

- Pick-up mail and supplies from town (Golden, BC)

- Receive all packages, verify contents match packing slip and communicate with Finance & appropriate operations manager.

- Twice weekly cleaning of Heliport following guest exchange in Donald BC (Dec-April).

Location:

This position will be based at our office in Golden and requires transport to our staging location in Donald, BC (just 20 minutes west of Golden).

Requirements:

- Valid driver's license & access to a vehicle

- Organization & communication skills

- Guest service experience is beneficial

- Experience with MS Office is beneficial

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
