Part-Time Administrative Assistant.

Duties
(Primarily for the Estates and Trusts area)
Coordinate with staff accountants to manage workflow, maintain the inventory database and track deadlines
Scan, print, and file physical and digital documents
Draft letters, emails, and memos as needed
Sort and process mail; handle routine items and refer complex ones to the staff accountant
Schedule meetings or appointments for staff
Support other admin staff with general administrative tasks as needed
Maintain professionalism and protect client confidentiality
Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative office environment
Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
A professional, reliable, and positive attitude
Ability to multitask
Previous office or customer service experience is an asset
Suitable for students or part-time job seekers looking for flexible work hours
What We Offer
Vacation Pay:
4% of salary (paid out on each paycheque or accrued for time off)
