Job Overview

This hybrid role blends

event coaching

,

photography

, and

social media content creation

. You'll lead groups, take photos/videos throughout events, and help produce engaging content for our online platforms.

Compensation

Base Pay:

$18/hour

Lead Bonus:

$5 per qualified lead generated through your content

Tips:

Earn tips from customers during events

Performance Bonuses:

Additional bonuses based on content quality, engagement, or consistency
Most staff earn more through combined tips + bonuses.

Responsibilities1. Coaching

Lead archery and Nerf battle sessions for parties, groups, and corporate events. Teach safety rules and gameplay mechanics in a fun, energetic way. Manage group flow, keep events engaging, and ensure customer satisfaction. Assist customers with equipment and provide excellent service. Maintain a safe environment throughout gameplay.

2. Photography & Videography

Capture high-quality photos and videos during events and gameplay. Take promotional-style shots for marketing and social media. Upload and organize content into cloud storage. Develop your creative style and expand your portfolio through ongoing work.

3. Social Media Support

Capture short clips, highlights, and fun moments suitable for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts. Edit videos/photos using tools such as Lightroom, CapCut, Photoshop, etc. Support posting, captions, and simple community engagement. Help brainstorm ideas and identify trending audio/format opportunities. Create content that drives attention and leads to conversions. Earn

$5 per qualified lead

captured through your content funnel.
(Note: There is

no required daily post count. Content expectations will be based on shift activity, trends, and marketing needs.)

Qualifications

Comfortable leading groups and speaking confidently. Strong understanding of photography (manual or semi-manual shooting preferred). Ability to shoot and edit short-form video content. Strong awareness of Instagram/TikTok trends. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Energetic, fun, reliable, and a team player. Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Graphic design experience is a

plus

. 1+ year of photography experience preferred.

Schedule

Evenings and Weekends required

Approximately 20-25 hours per week

Additional hours may be offered during busy seasons or special events.
