Part-time / Hybrid (2 days on-site + 3 days remote)
Hours:
15-20 hours per week (Shift: 3:00-9:00 PM)
Pay:
$18/hour
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone and social channels (Instagram / WeChat / Google)
Handle bookings, payments, and basic tech issues (login, checkout, verification, etc.)
Maintain and improve the FAQ to ensure consistent, efficient responses
Assist with daily social reply management and light posting (e.g., promos, hour updates)
Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (written & spoken)
Prior experience in customer support / tech support / social DMs preferred
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working independently
Solid skills in Google Workspace / Excel; strong typing speed and accuracy
Nice-to-have: familiarity with booking/scheduling systems or the golf industry
