Position Overview



We are seeking a

creative and results-driven Social Media & Marketing Coordinator

to take the lead on all brokerage marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone passionate about social media, digital storytelling, and brand growth.

You will manage the brokerage's entire social media presence -- creating engaging content, filming and editing video, posting and scheduling, driving engagement, and analyzing performance. You'll also develop branded marketing materials that support both our REALTORS and the brokerage as a whole.

While your primary focus will be marketing, you will also cover basic administrative duties on Saturdays (training provided).

Marketing Responsibilities



Lead the brokerage's social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms Create, film, edit, post, and schedule engaging content that builds brand awareness and drives growth Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and report on analytics to guide strategy Develop feature sheets, graphics, brochures, and promotional materials in Canva Maintain brand consistency across all platforms and campaigns Use the brokerage's podcast/media room for content creation (filming, recording, or podcasting), if experienced Support REALTORS with marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives

Administrative Duties (Saturdays)



Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional, welcoming manner Manage the brokerage's phone system and handle inquiries Book and confirm showings through BrokerBay Monitor the brokerage email inbox and provide prompt responses Support REALTORS with basic administrative tasks as required (training provided)

Qualifications



1+ year of experience in

social media management, digital marketing, or content creation

Strong skills in Canva, video editing, and social media analytics tools Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with Trello, Slack, and ChatGPT an asset Creative mindset with strong design and storytelling abilities Organized and able to balance multiple projects Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills Experience in real estate marketing or administration is an asset (not required for marketing focus -- training provided for admin duties)

Additional Details



90-day probation with 30/60/90-day reviews Opportunity to expand into full-time based on performance and brokerage needs No outside work for agents is permitted Saturday is a required shift; weekday shifts have some flexibility
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
