Qualifications

High school diploma

or currently studying in a post-secondary setting

Organizational skills

- managing schedules, documents, and workflow

Communication skills

- verbal and written professionalism

Time management

- handling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently

Attention to detail

- catching errors and ensuring accuracy

Problem-solving

- resolving issues independently when they arise

Customer service

- often the first point of contact for clients or visitors

Proficiency in office software
