At Sprout Wellness Clinic, we are a one-stop shop for healthcare solutions. We pride ourselves on a team approach to healthcare that focuses on collaboration and empathy, delivering exceptional care. We treat people from infancy to independence with a focus on new and growing families.

Our clinic offers a variety of professional services including Naturopathy, Homeopathy, Osteopathy, and Massage. We are looking for an Office Administrator who is interested in working with a multidisciplinary team driven to inspire our patients to reach an optimal state of wellbeing.

The part-time office administrator is an integral member of the Sprout Wellness Team. We are looking for someone who can help manage our social media and grow our marketing, and operate our front reception. Our front staff is the first and last person to connect with our patients. Therefore, they are integral in setting the tone and providing superior patient care for the clinic.

Duties will include:

Daily operations

- including patient interactions in person, over the phone and email, booking, point of sale transactions, and insurance billing. Office cleaning, inventory, and schedule management. Familiarity with Jane software is an asset but not required.

*Note - our facility is two storeys and requires going up and down stairs.

Social Media and Marketing

- including management of website, monthly newsletter, social media accounts, and online webinars. Wordpress and/or Constant Contact experience is an asset but not required.

Your qualifications include:



Clinical administrative experience Critical decision making and ability to function independently Excellent organization and time management skills with attention to detail and desire to streamline/improve processes Adaptable with ability to prioritize tasks in a demanding, high-pressure environment Proficient computer skills including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using social media tools Strong math skills with comfort handling cash and doing reconciliation

Desirable qualifications include:



Experience with neutraceuticals, botanical, and homeopathic supplements Experience using Jane Office Management Software, WordPress, Constant Contact Basic graphic design skills Sales experience Basic CPR
This is an exciting new opportunity for an Office Administrator who is passionate about working as part of a multi- disciplinary team with a focus on improving wellness for all of our clients.

Current position - Part time ~ 25 hours/week. Mon 9-12, Tues-Fri 9-3.
