About the Role
We are seeking a
Part-Time Counsellor
to workexclusively with children and minors
in our Nanaimo office. The ideal candidate will bring warmth, creativity, and a trauma-informed approach to supporting young clients through a range of emotional, behavioural, and developmental challenges.An office space can be provided if you do not already have your own.
Schedule:
2 to 3 days per week
, primarilyafter-school hours (e.g., 3-7pm)
Availability foroccasional Sundays
is an asset, but not essentialQualifications:
Ideally a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), or Registered Social Worker (RSW) Experience working with children, youth, and families Professional liability insurance and current criminal record check (vulnerable sector)
