About Us

CPMT Laser is a North American manufacturer of advanced medical-aesthetic laser technologies, offering FDA-cleared systems for Alexandrite and Nd:Yag laser, hair removal, skin rejuvenation, CO? resurfacing, and body contouring.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with potential distributors, clinics, and partners. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities across the United States and Latin America. Support sales presentations and product demonstrations in both English and Spanish. Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, trade shows, and promotional activities. Follow up with leads, manage client communications, and document progress using CRM tools.
Requirements

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development (medical or aesthetic field preferred). Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, professional, and reliable. Must be available to work in person at our Miami office during scheduled hours.
Compensation

Competitive hourly rate based on experience. Additional commissions based on sales performance.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 per week
