Key Responsibilities
Deliver
1:1 individualized ABA therapy
designed and supervised by a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA/BCBA).
Use
evidence-based strategies
to support communication, behaviour regulation, social/play skills, and daily living skills.
Record and graph accurate session data; provide clear feedback to your supervising BCBA.
Collaborate with families and other team members to maintain program consistency.
Participate in ongoing training, supervision meetings, and case reviews.
Travel to clients' homes, schools, and community programs as required.
Support
generalization
and real-world skill development in natural environments.

Required Qualifications
Diploma or degree in Psychology, Child and Youth Care, Early Childhood Education, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
1-2+ years of experience
supporting children with autism or developmental needs.
Clear vulnerable sector check (or willingness to obtain one).
Reliable vehicle/transportation and valid driver's license.
Genuine passion for working with children and families.

RBT certification
(or willingness to pursue it).
Experience with ABA tools such as
VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLS

Availability for after-school, evening, or weekend sessions.
