We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Bartender to join our vibrant team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, serving customers, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Operate the POS system efficiently, including cash handling and processing payments accurately. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations regarding alcohol service. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred. Familiarity with Micros POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and the ability to connect with guests. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and drink preparation measurements. Knowledge of food safety practices and responsible alcohol service guidelines is essential.
