Overview

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting drinks, serving customers, handling all VLT payouts and repairs, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will contribute to the overall success of our establishment.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene standards Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly Operate the POS system efficiently, including Micros POS, for processing orders and payments Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and assist in ordering as needed Adhere to all local laws regarding alcohol service and food handling regulations Maintain all VLTs Pay players accurately and efficiently

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality Familiarity with POS systems Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing Knowledge of food safety practices related to beverage preparation and serving Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Must be of legal age to serve alcohol as per local regulations VLT experience is essential and required

Pay: From $15.80 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
