We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic

Educated Budtender

to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cannabis and exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. This role requires proficiency in various POS systems and the ability to thrive in neighborhood driven cannabis environment.

Duties

Serve Customers in store as well as pack online orders and have them sent out efficiently. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, promoting brands and in store promotions, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of all store areas, including bathrooms, kitchen and storage areas. Operate Greenline POS systems for order processing and cash handling Daily Audit checks of inventory levels Demonstrate knowledge of cannabis and different smoking accessories to enhance guest experiences Uphold all health and safety regulations pertaining to reserved cannabis

Experience

Previous bud tending experience is an asset Familiarity with Greenline POS is an asset - will train the right candidate Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions Experience in dispensary safety practices Background in retail or the cannabis industry is highly desirable Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude with customers is a must.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 4 - 15 per week
