We are seeking a reliable and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our seven Domino's locations. This role plays a key part in assisting our General Managers and Franchisee Owners with daily administrative and office-related tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide daily administrative support to General Managers and Franchisee Owners
Schedule appointments and coordinate interviews
Assist with hiring paperwork and employee onboarding documents
Perform minor payroll-related tasks and data entry
Maintain organized records and files
Communicate effectively with store leadership and candidates
Support day-to-day office operations as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of administrative or office experience
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable working with schedules, documents, and basic payroll tasks
Proficient with computers and standard office software
Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint knowledge.
Schedule & Compensation:
Part-time position (20-24 hours per week)
Flexible scheduling available
Hourly pay range: $23-$25, depending on experience
