Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

WORK ASSIGNMENT: The part-time academic will serve as the Faculty Field Advisor for: SLWK 4033 Sec 70 OR 71, \xe2\x80\x9cField Practicum & Seminar Block placement option\xe2\x80\x9d. This course is part of the BSW program, and will be offered in the Spring/Summer term, from April -August, 2023. Note: this is an online course.

Qualifications/Requirements of Position

The part-time academic position is responsible for guiding a series of seminars, liaising with student field placement agencies for a series of meetings, dealing with any issues that arise within the field placement, overseeing the completion of an academic presentation, and conferring on final grades. The part-time academic should expect to be engaged in course preparations preceding course delivery.
Salary Range/Pay Rate Per CUPE Collective Agreement
