Job Summary & Key Responsibilities

WORK ASSIGNMENT: The part-time academic will be responsible for teaching: SLWK 2334/2335 \xe2\x80\x9cBeginning Social Work Practice\xe2\x80\x9d Section 03. This course is part of the Africentric BSW Cohort program and will be offered in the Summer and Fall terms, from May-July and September-December 2024.

The part-time academic will be responsible for all aspects of teaching and administering the course, including preparing and delivering lectures and preparation and grading of assignments. In addition, the part-time academic should expect to be engaged in course preparations for one-two months preceding course delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements of Position

A Master of Social Work degree, or higher, and previous teaching experience, preferred.
