4 Seasons Equipment is a locally owned and operated lawn and outdoor power equipment company located in Sherwood Park. We strive to provide our customers with friendly, honest and reliable sales and service.
We are looking for a skilled Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in small engines (2 and 4 Stroke) and parts sourcing and ordering, be organized and computer literate, possess strong troubleshooting & problem solving skills and have a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
A successful applicant will have the ability to work independently, solve problems creatively, multi-task and work well in a smaller group setting. An open positive attitude and the ability to work in a team environment is a must.
Key Responsibilities:
Converse with clients and staff in a friendly, honest and professional manner;
Assist both residential and commercial customers, providing expert advice, and facilitating the ordering and delivery of parts;
Order and receive parts in an efficient and timely manner;
Ensure all parts or materials are accounted for and invoiced correctly;
Maintain a clean and organized parts department, ensuring proper storage and labeling of inventory and;
Monitor and manage stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks to minimize shortages and identify obsolete or slow-moving parts;
Take in new service orders and take payment for completed service work
IDEAL software experience will be considered an asset.
Additional education and training will be provided.

Pay: $44,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
