Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist

, position involves frequent and regular interaction with customers, delivering friendly and courteous service while providing information on customer orders.

Main Responsibilities and Tasks

:

Provide friendly and efficient customer service and support Answer customer phone and email inquiries and provide information on orders Assist customers with order placing on website Answer phones and provide detailed messages to sales, purchasing, shipping and other support staff Respond efficiently to all customer inquiries, requests and concerns, over the phone (and in person) Remain up to date on in-store and online promotions Ensure that all receptionist and customer service tasks are executed efficiently Improve upon performance through regular updating of skills and manager feedback Assist with in-person customer service and customer pick up orders

Requirements

:

Available to work Monday-Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Customer-oriented, highly approachable individual who thrives on offering exceptional customer service Ability to complete customer service tasks according to instructions and to demonstrate responsibility for outcomes Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and provide assistance and support to co-workers to achieve common goals Ability to resolve retail and/or customer issues Ability to adapt to, and manage, challenging and changing situations Positive attitude, punctual and solid work ethic Ability to provide consistently professional customer service

Knowledge of Jeeps and Jeep after-market parts is an asset.
