MacKay's Truck & Trailer Center is growing, and we're looking for a
permanent, full-time Parts & Service Specialist
to join our Bobcat Compact Equipment team in Moncton, New Brunswick.

About the Role:
As a
Bobcat Parts & Service Specialist
, you'll be the crucial link between our customers and the Parts and Service Departments, ensuring customers receive prompt, professional support for their equipment needs. Your role focuses on managing parts inventory, providing accurate parts information, assisting customers with parts and service inquiries, and ensuring operational efficiency. You'll help customers identify the correct parts, provide quotes, and coordinate the seamless flow of parts and information between our team and customers. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and team members will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong product knowledge of compact equipment, including mini-excavators, skid-steer loaders, and compact tractors, to effectively support customer needs.
Provide timely and professional responses to customer inquiries regarding parts and service support, including pricing, availability, and compatibility.
Collaborate with technicians, parts suppliers, and service team members to ensure accurate parts ordering and efficient delivery to support repair and maintenance operations.
Maintain accurate records of parts transactions, customer communications, and inventory levels to ensure thorough documentation and compliance.
Proficiency in basic computer skills (using inventory systems, email, etc.)
Skills:
Strong accountability and attention to detail in managing parts inventory and customer requests.
Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with customers and team members, handle inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, ensuring prompt and accurate parts support.
Organizational skills to manage parts records, maintain inventory accuracy, and support efficient operations.
