Position Summary:
The individual is responsible for daily inventory related tasks and projects to increase the overall accuracy metric. Perform accurate cycle counts based on dispensaries, inquiries from Maintenance Mechanics, and our ABC cycle count model. To ensure that all Maintenance parts are properly verified, organized, and reflect the initial paperwork.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Cycle count Maintenance parts inventory as required.
Utilize CMMS software to process cycle counts, review on-hand inventory, current activity, past activity and create reports.
Ensure parts are in proper locations and conduct searches for mis-classified inventory.
Performs root cause analysis on inventory discrepancies and recommends process improvements to eliminate them.
Develop and communicate process enhancements as needed.
Verify parts received are being consolidated and put away accurately.
Maintain parts identification, location, and labels.
Accurate Root Cause Analysis of inventory discrepancies.
Develops, recommends, and implements measures to improve inventory accuracy.
Skilled in anticipating, identifying, and troubleshooting problems.
Strong analytical, organization and root cause analysis skills.Qualifications:High school diploma or an Associate degree.
3 years\' Maintenance experience; cycle counting/inventory.
Well versed in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components.
Must have a strong working knowledge and understanding of Excel, CMMS , ERP systems.
Strong Computer and typing skills.
