Parts Department Assistant

Whitby Oshawa Honda is currently seeking a reliable, motivated, full-time Parts Department Clerk for our busy dealership.

The duties for this position include:

Assist retail and internal customers with parts inquiries and orders Accurately identify and source automotive parts using catalogs and systems Process transactions, including quotes, orders, and returns Maintain inventory accuracy and organize parts displays Communicate with technicians to ensure timely delivery of needed parts Support stock orders and perform cycle counts Provide excellent customer service both in person and over the phone
Requirements

Previous experience in a parts department or automotive environment preferred Strong knowledge of automotive components and systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Familiarity with CDK an asset Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy work setting Valid driver's license

Schedule:

8 hour shift Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
