Parts Representative \xe2\x80\x93 Stratford Ontario We are a full service Case IH and Bobcat retail dealer with 5 locations in southwestern Ontario. This position is responsible for performing a variety of customer service and stocking duties related to the agriculture parts sales. You will be responsible for receiving and the delivery of parts and accessories that contribute to the safe, efficient and profitable operation of the parts department. You will assist customers in person and by phone, and always ensure that the customers are provided the parts they require and the service they expect. You will also provide technicians with their parts in an efficient and professional manner. Responsibilities and Duties Responsibilities include:

• Providing industry leading customer service will be your top priority in this position
• Answering telephone calls on customer parts inquiries
• Able to provide solutions for customers with exemplary, prompt customer service
• Check, receive, ship, and stock parts as needed
• Conduct cycle counts and/or full physical inventory control
• Responsible for point-of-sale invoicing, internal service parts orders, and orders for vendors
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Able to work some Saturday mornings, may be responsible for on call parts service
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct supervisor in a professional and efficient manner

Qualifications and Skills Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a high level of computer literacy
• Past parts counter experience in agriculture industry will be an asset but if none, training is provided
• Strong organizational, multi-tasking skills, and computer skills
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines efficiently and cost effectively
• Attention to detail and a high level of initiative and ability to work independently
• Demonstrated strong decision making and problem solving skills
• Safety-minded work habits
• Strong customer service skills
• Clean driving record
